Job Summary:
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Quality Cum Packing Shift Supervisor for one of our clients in Cashew production and export, who oversees the packing and shipping processes within a warehouse or distribution center. He ensures that orders are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the packing and shipping activities.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders.
Supervise a team of packers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of packing supplies.
Collaborate with other warehouse teams to optimize logistics and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that products are packed according to specifications.
Generate and maintain accurate packing and shipping records.
Requirements/Skills
Degree in Management or relevant field
3-7 years experience in a Food/Manufacturing plants
Previous experience in Cashew processing industries is an added advantage
Proven experience in packing or warehouse supervision.
Knowledge of packing techniques and materials.
Strong attention to detail.
