Job Description
Prepares and cooks food according to recipes and customer orders.
Follows food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the safety of food.
Maintains kitchen equipment and supplies in clean and working order.
Coordinates with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Takes inventory of food and supplies and orders as needed.
Performs other kitchen duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

Train new kitchen staff.
Order food and supplies.
Manage inventory.
Work with other kitchen staff to create menus and recipes.
Decorate food for special occasions.
Answer customer questions about the menu.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.
