Responsibilities
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our food products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
Collaborate with the planning team to forecast production requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Quality Control:
Establish and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the production process.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
Work closely with the engineering team to maintain and upgrade production equipment.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
Implement effective inventory control measures to optimize stock turnover.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control production costs to achieve budgetary targets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production processes.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and repairs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in the Food retail and manufacturing industry
Proven experience in a production management role within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
