Summary
Responsible for managing all contracts and negotiations.
Responsibilities
Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions
Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts
Communicating and presenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts
Monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts
Problem-solving contract-related issues
Qualifications
Degree in Commercial Law
Excellent understanding of oil and gas, Power and Manufacturing industry, its services, customers and providers.
15 years experience in oil and gas, Power and Manufacturing industry. 5+ years of experience in an EPC environment

Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
Examine and test existing contracts
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
Qualifications
Bachelors of Engineering
Excellent understanding of oil and gas, Power and Manufacturing industry, its services, customers and providers.
7 years experience in oil and gas, Power and Manufacturing industry. Experience in an EPC environment

Prospecting, closing, presenting, and customer service skills.

Qualifications
BSc in any field
Proven sales experience or strong aptitude for sales.
Experience in Power or Natural Gas Sales etc.
Willingness to travel at least 50% across assigned region.
