The Position


We are seeking a Financial Product Manager to provide quantitative analysis, market expertise and a strategic perspective to our partners throughout the organization.

You will be responsible for guiding our financial products - loans, savings, deposits, throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our customers.


Responsibilities
In this role, you will:


Develop pricing and marketing strategies.

Perform competitor analysis on similar products and services.

Monitor and scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition.

Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, objectives and barriers

Work with digital Product Managers, Sales and Marketing teams to drive products from conception to launch across channels and devices.

Establish strategies and actionable steps to improve performance of existing products.

Develop forecasts and models helping us track product profitability and market share.

Produce tools that are used throughout the company to more quickly respond to changing market needs or trends.


Requirements
Ideally, you will have:


A few years of experience in a related role (e.g. credit risk analyst/manager, pricing analyst/manager, or loan and deposits manager).

Hands-on experience at least in two of the following: Credit risk management, Loan/Deposit/Credit Cards/Insurance Product Management & Pricing, Risk analytics.

Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.

Experience in and ability to gain risk insights analyzing large volumes of data

The Position


As a Business Development Manager - Partnership, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while also developing strategies to increase revenue for Renmoney. You will report directly to the Head of Sales.


Responsibilities



Identify and source partnership opportunities through cold calls, emails and client visits.

Specifically build business relationships for point of sales lending and employee lending.

Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.

Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.

Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.

Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships

Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.

Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization

Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.


Requirements
Required:


B.Sc degree in any field.

5 - 8 years business development or B2B sales experience.


Preferred:


Previous experience in financial services sector
