A digital platform client is looking for Customer Support Representatives to join their team, providing excellent customer service for transactions in various cryptocurrencies and gift cards.
Expertise Level:
Open to candidates with junior-level experience.
Work Schedule:
Shifts with the ability to work night and weekend shifts when required
Work Arrangement:
Fully report to the office location in Lekki, Lagos
Salary:
₦150,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Attend to customer complaints and questions
Provide support concerning transactions
Educate customers about products and services
Investigate and resolve payment disputes promptly
Resolve customer payment issues in a timely manner
Follow up to ensure issue resolution
Identify customer needs and guide them in using specific features
Requirements:
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience in handling tough cases
Ability to work under limited supervision
Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
Computer literacy with an average typing speed
Proficiency in using spreadsheets is a plus
Proximity to the undisclosed office location in Lekki, Lagos
