Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and business objectives.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify and engage top talent.
Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the qualifications and cultural fit of potential candidates.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.
Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future client needs.
Collaboration: Partner with colleagues and cross-functional teams to share best practices, collaborate on client projects, and provide a seamless client experience.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes and practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter in a consulting firm or agency, with expertise in recruiting across multiple sectors and industries.
3 - 5 years experience
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Familiarity with HR software and tools.
