Role Summary
The B2C Sales lead is responsible for driving the sales of our publicly available routes for individuals to book for their daily commute.
Job Responsibilities
Meet and Exceed the revenue target for the shared individual business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
Drive and oversee the growth of inventory and coverage areas (routes) on the public b2c business
Develop and implement strategies to retain existing users and acquire new customers
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Work with the marketing team to prepare and execute the relevant campaigns to drive their primary objectives.
Collaborate with the supply team to ensure the necessary supply is available to drive their primary objectives
Collaborate with Operations and Customer experience teams to deliver on set targets and ensure service excellence.
This person will be 100% responsible for the revenue target of our b2c shared product line
Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and propose solutions to meet their needs
Create accurate and updated monthly reports Sales.
Conduct Demos and presentations to potential clients on products and service
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve effective sales results.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Over 4-years of B2C or retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
Exceptional customer service skills
Fast learner with a strong passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making
Familiarity with the Sales software.
